  1. It is desirable for the voters to get a highly educated person as their representatives in the Assembly or Parliament. If that is not possible, he must have a stipulated minimum qualification.
  2. Only an educated person can understand the intricate legal issues involved in the ruling set up.
  3. An educated person can express his ideas in the legislature in a better way than an uneducated person.
  4. An educated person can win the respect of the people in his constituency. An uneducated person wins only sympathy.

The most important benefit of all is, of course, that the net is the most efficient means of communication. Within seconds, one can send mails, pictures, videos etc, to anyone, anywhere in the world. Moreover, one's internet address doesn't change even if one moves house. The second best thing about the Internet is that plenty of information in freely and easily available. And, one can access the internet round the clock. The internet never closes its 'doors'! Anyone, from a movie buff to a research scholar, can benefit from this. The other important benefit is that the Internet has made the world a lot smaller. People have got 'really' close in the 'virtual' world! It is the internet that gave true meaning to the term 'Global Village'. There's nothing that can substitute for the Internet.

The Descriptive Writing Test is a vital part of the Bank PO and Clerical exams. It is a qualifying test and is very important, especially in the Bank PO exam.
Through the descriptive writing test, banks can assess a candidate’s awareness of his surroundings (general knowledge and general awareness of current affairs/issues etc.), reasoning and analytical skills, ability to organize ideas in a coherent manner and of course, English language skills.
